Wellness Month - Week 2 - Active Start Mornings

May is Wellness Month at Sansome School.  Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.  To help our students become more aware of the actions they take throughout the day that impact their wellness, we have organized four weekly, health-based challenges (one for each week of May).  

In our second Wellness Month Challenge, Sansome School is going to help our students be increasingly active everyday.  We will be doing an Active Start morning walk every morning before the announcements.  Student Attendance will be taken outside and the entire school will head  to the field and participate in a 10 minute walk or run (students can decide) from 8:55 AM to 9:05 AM.  Families are welcome to join!
